What is your postage policy?
Client’s are responsible for paying for their own shipping on all items. We are happy to post and then invoice for packaging and materials.
We recommend that Globes are collected in person due to them being extremely fragile, or postage is organised by the client with necessary insurance provisions taken.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns on signs, globes and other automobilia and encourage personal collection to ensure customer satisfaction with the item.
Can I pick items up from your workshop?
We are more than happy for you to visit our showroom and workshops.

Who are UK Restoration?
Sydham Restoration Limited was registered with Companies House on the 30/09/2015.
Does a deposit need to be paid?
If you are purchasing an “Unrestored” Petrol Pump a 25% non refundable deposit is required upfront and the remaining balance payable upon completion of it’s restoration.
If you are supplying us with one of your own items to restore we again charge a 25% non refundable deposit with the remaining balance payable upon completion.

Want to sell us an item?
We do not give value on items, please refer to other resources.
Deciding what item to buy?
If you have a special request to buy and you do not see the item, please email us what you are looking at info@ukrestoration.com or call us.
Do UK Restoration Hire out items?
Our hire charge, as a general rule of thumb is 20% of the listed price. To hire the item the full listed price must be paid to commence the agreement, with 80% refunded on the items safe return. The items must be taken out under a hire agreement, rather than a purchase. Please contact us to discuss.
Duration of hire is negotiable, but very flexible. Extended periods of hire time will incur further costs.
